Soyfit Soya Aata Cake

1 cup Soyfit soya atta
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup green and black raisins, figs, dried apricots, dates
1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp oil or Soyfit soya milk
1/2 cup jaggery powder
Method
Soak dried fruits in fresh orange juice for overnight. Sieve flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder together. Add jaggery powder, mixed nuts, orange juice mixture and oil or soy milk as per your choice. Mix everything well. Grease the cake pan with oil or coconut butter. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 mins.
