Soyfit-Bhurji / Rumble Tumble

  1. Heat oil in Pan Add onions and fry till soft.
  2. Add tomoato ,haldi,chilli powder, salt ,green chilli and coriander leaves.
  3. Stirr for 2-3 min on low flame.
  4. Add grated soyfit Tofu. Mix well .Cover and heat on low flame for 5 min.
  5. Remove lid .Raise flame . Add pudina leaves and curds. Stir for 2-3 min and served.
